The result of a successful partnership, Marangoni and Meiser—companies that already operate a joint venture in Brazil—have officially launched their new Power Transformer Cooling Systems facility in the United States in 2025.

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana—a premier North American industrial hub—the new Marangoni•Meiser plant is already manufacturing cooling fans. According to our investment roadmap, the facility will soon expand production to include butterfly valves and radiators, providing full-scale equipment solutions for power transformer cooling systems.

With over 80 years of experience in the manufacturing and development of energy sector equipment, the Brazilian company Marangoni is a benchmark in specialty product solutions and refurbishments. In recent years, it has significantly expanded its manufacturing and export operations to Europe and, most notably, North America.

The German company Meiser, founded in 1956, is an international leader in metallurgical technology and the manufacturing of steel floor gratings and safety barriers.
