The result of a successful partnership, Marangoni•Meiser—companies that already operate a joint venture in Brazil—launched operations at their new Power Transformer Cooling Systems facility in the United States in 2025.

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana—a major U.S. industrial hub—the new Marangoni•Meiser plant is already producing radiator fans. According to the investment roadmap, the facility will also manufacture butterfly valves and radiators, all essential equipment for power transformer cooling systems.

With over 80 years of experience in manufacturing and developing equipment for the energy sector, the Brazilian company Marangoni is a leader in specialty product solutions and retrofitting. In recent years, the company has expanded its manufacturing and exports to Europe and, most notably, North America.

Founded in 1956, the German company Meiser is an international benchmark for metallurgical technology and the manufacturing of steel floor gratings and barriers.

Marangoni and Meiser have been partners in Brazil since 2019, operating a plant dedicated to the production of steel floor gratings. They are now bringing their combined expertise to their new U.S. facility, with the goal of expanding the supply of products and services to the North American energy sector.
